Put the strained yogurt /greek yogurt) to a bowl and add the crushed garlic. Then, mix them well and put yogurt and garlic mix to a serving plate.
Put butter and olive oil to a frying pan and cook them until butter melt well. And then add the cube cut Dried Cayenne Peppers and cook about 1-2 minutes at medium heat.
Distribute the cooked cayenne peppers on top of the yogurt evenly with a spoon. And then, add the left butter and olive oil mix on top of the cayenne peppers.
