Put butter in a saucepan and melt it at medium heat and then add the tomato paste and stir them a minute or two.
Add the water, dried mint, crushed garlic, pepper flakes, salt and Tarhana powder. Bring the mix to boil and stir constantly for approximately 20 minutes. (never stop stirring during the 20 minutes).
Tip: Serve with grated romano cheese and bread cubes.
